This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the ChampionOS web application and related services (the "Service") provided by ChampionOS ("ChampionOS," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (your "Company"), you represent that you are authorized to accept this Agreement for that organization.
A separate written agreement between ChampionOS and your Company, if any, governs the commercial relationship and controls over this Agreement to the extent of any conflict.
ChampionOS lets members of an organization contribute and discover workflows — typically short videos of how someone uses AI tools — which the Service transcribes, summarizes, breaks into steps, and makes searchable, and on which members can vote, comment, and propose improvements.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the organization's authorized users; your Company's administrators may manage, suspend, or remove accounts and content.
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service in a professional capacity.
You and your Company retain ownership of the videos, text, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant ChampionOS a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transcribe, analyze, display, and share Your Content within your Company's instance of the Service, and to access it as needed to implement, support, and improve the Service, solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Your Content and that doing so — including recording your screen, voice, or others — complies with applicable law and your Company's policies.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; upload content you don't have the right to share, or that is confidential to a third party without authorization; upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or misuse the Service in a way that harms ChampionOS or others.
The Service uses AI to generate transcripts, summaries, tool tags, step breakdowns, and improvement suggestions ("Output"). Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it, and ChampionOS does not warrant that Output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
The Service references and helps you use third-party tools and platforms. ChampionOS is not responsible for third-party tools, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
THE SERVICE AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAMPIONOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, where no fee was paid, one hundred US dollars.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We or your Company's administrators may suspend or terminate access for violation of this Agreement or as needed to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
